• Products that have been installed or put into use

Processing Procedure
Upon verification of product condition meeting the criteria below, we will provide:

Refund Calculation
Refund amount = Purchase price includes applicable taxes
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless attributable to transit damage or product defects).

Important Notes
We retain the right to reject return/exchange requests for products exhibiting:

  • Non-original condition resulting from mishandling
  • Damage from improper use
    Final interpretation of all policy terms shall be as determined by the Brand.

Special/Custom Order Terms

Every item made just for you is carefully handcrafted. To ensure fast delivery, we start production right after your order is placed. Because these are custom-made, please understand:

  • No Order Cancellations
    Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • No Changes to Design
    Design changes are not acceptable after production begins.
  • No Returns
    Custom items cannot be returned.
  • Payment Terms
    A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required when ordering.
