Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless attributable to transit damage or product defects).

We retain the right to reject return/exchange requests for products exhibiting:

- Damage from improper use

Special/Custom Order Terms
Every item made just for you is carefully handcrafted. To ensure fast delivery, we start production right after your order is placed. Because these are custom-made, please understand:
- No Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. - No Changes to Design
Design changes are not acceptable after production begins. - No Returns
Custom items cannot be returned. - Payment Terms
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required when ordering.
