Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery by contacting us with valid proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or special-order merchandise
• Products that have been installed, used, or altered

Processing Procedure
Upon confirmation of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will offer one of the following solutions:
‣ Replacement of the product
‣ Refund to the original payment method (If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days)

Refund
Refund amount = Purchase price (including applicable taxes, if any)
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to product defects, damage in transit, or our error
For returns due to customer preference (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake, or dislike), a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Due to the size and nature of our furniture products, return shipping costs may be significant. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return.
Reliable and trackable shipping methods are recommended; HS is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Important Notes
We may decline return or exchange requests in the following cases:
• Items not in their original condition due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by improper installation or use not in accordance with product instructions

Special / Custom Order Terms
Each custom item is made specifically for you. To ensure timely delivery, production begins shortly after the order is placed. Please note:

  • No Order Cancellations
    Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • No Changes to Design
    Changes to design or specifications are not accepted after production begins.
  • No Returns
    Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Payment Terms
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering for custom items. This deposit is non-refundable once production has started.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping
Orders (excluding custom/special orders) may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed or shipped.

After Shipping
If you choose to cancel after the order has been shipped, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:
